Two Trees Management Corp., proposed a 1.3 million gsf mixed use development on 11th Avenue in Manhattan that would include 900 dwelling units, retail uses, a health club, an auto sales and repair facility, 225 accessory parking spaces, and 28,000 gsf of stables for the NYPD Mounted Unit. As a subconsultant to Philip Habib & Associate, SEA carried out air quality and noise studies. The building would be 32 stories high, and had a stepped design that was challenging to model.
