We were recently asked to assist Maser Consulting with the selection of an optimal speaker system for a client’s indoor gymnasium. This project is ongoing.
We completed composite window/wall calculations for two proposed buildings, enabling their developers to reduce the window attenuation required by their NYC E designations.
We just finished modeling air toxics from an auto painting facility at a proposed school.
About Us
Sandstone Environmental Associates, Inc., (SEA) has carried out environmental studies throughout New York State, New Jersey, and New York City for over 20 years. Our expertise is in air quality and noise studies; Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; wetlands delineations, permitting and mitigation; and water resources. We also provide expert witness testimony, and critically review studies prepared by other firms and government agencies. SEA identifies solutions that will enable projects to move forward.
Clients
Our clients include architecture and engineering firms, community organizations, developers, religious institutions, and government agencies. We have participated in on-call assignments for the NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the NYC Economic Development Corporation, and the NYC School Construction Authority. The value of SEA’s contracts and subcontracts has ranged from $400 to over $100,000.
